Vitax has been established in the Garden Products market for over 50 years. The company is based in Coalville, Leicestershire, from where the Sales, Marketing and Technical functions are carried out, providing first class products with first class services.

A joint venture with the Irish company Emerald Peat in 1990, gave Vitax an entry into the valuable peat and compost sector of the horticultural market. Here again the company concentrated on a quality product, marketing under the trusted Q4 label. Vitax's comprehensive range offers retailers a 'one-stop' shop with fertilisers, chemicals and compost available from a single supplier.
